Being fans of street art, we decided to explore the Étoile district and part of the Neudorf area in Strasbourg, in search of new works commissioned for the COLORS City Festival 2025. We’ve selected 10 of our favorite pieces from our latest street art walk, which took us around town for over two hours on a beautiful, sunny day.

We enjoy street art for its public accessibility, in addition to its fleeting and somewhat subversive nature. Street artists reclaim urban spaces by adding creative value, thereby transforming it into an open-air art gallery.
At the end of April, around twenty local and international artists gathered in Strasbourg for the COLORS City Festival 2025. Their medium – electrical enclosures (public fuse boxes), particularly in the Étoile district, as well as the Neudorf and Port du Rhin areas.
Here are our 10 favorite pieces of 2025:

Haha, yes! It’s a fun one. That artist often makes caricatures and political drawings in the local newspaper.

Looks like lots of fun. Sunny day, too. I like the fantastical one the best. Kind of expected to see one of the cathedral.
