On a gray and rainy winter afternoon, we found all the comfort we needed at les Savons d’Hélène. Following our craving for something sweet, we each ordered a crème brulée, along with a hot chocolate for Stéphanie and a nice, warm grog (honey, dark rum and lemon) for Jérôme. The atmosphere of the café is pleasant and playful – with jazzy music, a brightly colored mural, multicolored string lights and a verdant greenhouse back terrace. We’ll be back to catch a concert this summer.
