Since its opening in 2014, Chez Nous has been run by chef Fabrice and Morgane, who are both passionate about creating a welcoming space, where good food and community go hand in hand. Their “bistronomy”-concept is centered on fresh, local and seasonal ingredients, which are then cooked with care and respect. Every Sunday, Chez Nous offers a generous and comforting brunch spread where absolutely everything is homemade.
All the hot and cold dishes set up on large buffet tables are so tempting and tasty that it’s difficult to choose.
A special mention for the quiche with red cabbage and chestnuts, the red beet and cashew salad, the generous cheese platter, the house-made bread and jam (especially the blueberry jam), the blackberry, meringue and lemon pudding, the fresh fruit salad, the Alsatian cheesecake, and the hazelnut hot chocolate. Vegetarians will easily find a large array of dishes to satisfy their appetite: quiches, salads, hard boiled eggs with mayonnaise (œufs mayo, a French classic), quail’s egg salad…
The teas and herbal teas from Dammann Frères, filter coffee, hot chocolate and cold drinks (fruit juices, iced herbal tea, flavored waters, detox teas) are all included in the price. If you want to add to your brunch experience, you can also order from a separate drinks menu for an extra charge: sparkling wine (crémant), champagne, white wine, red wine, espresso, cappuccino, latte macchiato, or homemade limoncello.

With its balanced approach to cooking and focus on animal welfare, Chez Nous makes authenticity and love of good food an integral part of their identity.
Their ingredients are sourced from Alsatian farmers and local businesses, in order to guarantee high quality and fresh products. Fabrice and Morgane also raise their own chickens and grow their own fruit, vegetables, and herbs.

The restaurant’s cozy atmosphere makes it the perfect place to share a meal between friends, or with family.

The brunch at Chez Nous is a safe bet for a Sunday meal in Strasbourg. A new firm favorite in town for both of us.
The restaurant can be reached by car, and there is free parking nearby. Reservations (by telephone) are required.

We particularly enjoyed
- The focus on local ingredients and 100% homemade food
- The variety, freshness and abundance of the buffets
- A balanced selection of traditional and unique dishes
- The warm, welcoming attitude by Morgane and friendly service
